To expedite the process, we recommend that dental offices gather all necessary patient information and scans before contacting us for service requests. This preparation can significantly reduce project timelines. 

Please refer to our Turnaround Times document for the approximate number of days in the lab that are needed after your case is received by the lab.

Prior to contacting NHDL, it's advisable to compile all relevant information for your dental lab requests. This can minimize any delay and boost our efficiency. Be sure to consider the type of dental appliance being requested and include all scans related to that piece. For instance, a full arch appliance requires a comprehensive arch scan that captures as much tissue detail as possible. This allows us to create an appliance that precisely fits your patient's mouth dimensions.

NHDL offers multiple options for submitting patient scans. We accept direct submissions from various digital dental scanning software platforms, including:

• DS Core Dentsply
• Easy RX

Additionally, you can email .STL files to us. For practices without digital scanning capabilities, we can manufacture appliances using traditional impressions and intraoral scans, which can be shipped to our Denver, CO office.

NHDL offers pickup and delivery in a 25-mile radius of our address. We can also ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
