  • What is the turnaround time for custom dental services? 

    • Turnaround time will vary depending on the specifics of your project. 
    • You can shorten the project duration by preparing in advance:

           All we need is:

    • Accurate impressions or scans of upper and lower arches
    • Bite registration

  • How can I submit my patient's scans to NHDL? 

    We accept submissions directly from an array of digital dental scanning software:

    • Easy RX

    You may also attach .stl files to an email. 

  • Do you provide rush cases?

    Yes, there is a nominal fee for rush cases. Call us for details.

  • What information about my patient's case should I prepare before contacting NHDL? 

    • What is the final appliance going to be?

            -Example: Upper & lower denture, partials, etc.

    • What kind of impression will it be?

            -Example: Alginate or PVS

    • Is it a repair or a replacement?

  • Is NHDL compatible with all major intraoral scanners?

  • Where do you deliver and Pickup?

    Finished cases can be shipped anywhere within the US via:

  • Does NHDL Ship the finished Product?

  • How does NHDL ensure quality and accuracy in its dental products?

    All incoming impressions and models are checked for possible distortion or defect. The office is called immediately if we feel the case may be compromised by moving ahead as is, and is given the choice to bring the patient back for re-impression.

  • Can NHDL assist with case planning or design?

    Absolutely. Our experienced technicians are available to assist with digital case planning, appliance design, and treatment recommendations. We’re here to support your practice every step of the way.
